All welcome - old or new to Rugby
All are welcome. Including those who just want to try out Rugby/ get fitter or just join the club.
Suggested Clothing: (Rugby) shorts, Upper body layers from t-shirts, rugby shirts, training top etc. Must have Rugby/football boots(must have aluminium studs or moulded)
Contact Training Wednesday's 7.15 for 7.30 start til 9.00pm
Training will include, Fitness and Rugby training
Saturday training dates to be advised.
Mixed Touch Rugby, which includes men and women. It takes place every Thursday 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
All abilities are welcome, we are a friendly, social, rugby playing club
